When it’s Winter is a combination of musical projects from Contemporary Originals/Covers to Solo Jazz Guitar to Ambient music all created by Harry Woods and his wife Kalyn Woods with the goal of bringing people together through music.

                Harry Woods is a Guitarist/Multi-instrumentalist, Graduating

from the Red Deer College Music Diploma in the winter of 2018, Harry is continuing to grow and learn more about music and his instruments. As well as the Guitar, Harry plays the Bass, the Piano, the Cello, the Ukulele, the Banjo and Vocals. He has toured Holland and Belgium with Ember worship band as a bass player while in his teen years, and played numerous shows in central Alberta with his folk band before creating When it's Winter. Harry works closely with his wife Kalyn Woods, and their two dogs, Freyja and Lupin. Kalyn is an integral part of the songwriting process as she herself is a Writer/Editor by trade. Harry Woods has in the past and will continue to collaborate with likeminded musicians throughout his career.
